The agenda is exepected to be publicly noticed by the City of Santa Ana on Friday, September 17. At that time, the City will allow comments to be submitted by e-mail for the public record. The comments provide a quick tally of those FOR or AGAINST an item. Comments must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. September, 21. For your convenience, CAA has drafted comments on your behalf.
